Return Policy

You have the right to cancel a contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to cancel this contract. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel a contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from choosing a different delivery method than the most economical standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to a handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.
